Dayton is arguably the home of the finest drum and drill units in the United States. "Street Beat" is the story of these units, who they are, where they come from, and where they are going. Composed of children ranging from four to 18 years, these drill units put on a drumming and precision marching demonstration that must be seen to be believed. An uplifting and positive story, "Street Beat" provides a view of inner city life not seen on the evening news. Meet the children , their instructors, and our future.
